If you are unable to locate your package after it has been marked as delivered, has arrived damaged, or if your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, please submit a claim here and follow the below steps.
1. Navigate to the claim portal.
2. Enter order information and select the type of claim.
3. For orders with items eligible for a claim select which items/shipments to add to the claim.
4. For damaged item claims, you will be required to upload a photo.
5. For all claims, you will be asked to confirm details about the item/shipment and have the option to leave comments.
6. You will review and submit a claim
Once your claim is submitted you will receive an email confirmation.
